Xin Katsu
Prior to setting up her own firm, Xin practiced in a wide range of areas both in Australia and in Singapore, with a focus on commercial and property law.
Xin’s practice areas include:
– property and real estate, with a focus on property development;
– corporate and commercial advisory;
– business sales and acquisition and related advisory.
Xin has extensive practical experience in M&A, corporate transactions and the acquisition, development and sale of residential and commercial properties. Throughout her career, she has acted for a wide range of Australian and international clients, from listed companies to financial institutions, private investors and property developers. She has also worked briefly as an in-house counsel in the building and construction team of the Department of Human Services in Victoria, giving her an insight into the workings of government.
Currently the principal of Katsu Lawyers, Xin’s main focus is providing value-added, practical and sensible legal advice and assistance to individual clients, from business and property owners, to property developers.
